A small botanical painting inspired by one of my favourite herbs to grow and cook with.
I was drawn to the delicate flowers — something I usually remove before they bloom, but this year they were too lovely not to notice. Loose brushwork and soft botanical detail give the piece a gentle, freshly gathered feeling.
