Payments Shipping & Returns
Payments can be made through Paypal, credit card, Google and Apple Pay. You can select your preferred payment method during checkout.
We ship worldwide, and all orders are shipped with tracking using Australia Post.
All artworks are shipped from Coffs Harbour, Australia. Each piece sold is packaged and shipped within one week of ordering. All pieces will be packaged with care to ensure a safe delivery.
Domestic Orders - All orders are shipped within Australia for free. Shipping is via Australia Post and comes with full tracking.
International Orders - Our International orders are shipped via Air Mail which includes tracking. Estimated shipping time is 2-3 weeks. Shipping rates are calculated during checkout.
Please be mindful that you are responsible for tracking your purchase. Failure to collect your parcel from your local post office will result in your parcel being returned to me, and you will need to cover the costs of re-postage.
RETURNS & DAMAGES
Every necessary precaution is taken to ensure your parcel arrives safely. However, if your item is damaged, please report it within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
To report damage, please make sure to take an image depicting the damage/fault (including the packaging). This information is necessary for the insurance claim process with courier companies. After this is done please contact me to arrange for a replacement. If a replacement piece is not available, we will discuss an alternative resolution.
Returns for Damaged Items: In the case of damages where the buyer is not at fault, I will cover the shipping costs for returning the damaged item. The damaged item must be returned before a replacement is sent out.
